This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements heretofore existing between the parties hereto are expressly cancelled. cpapchinstraps.com, LLC, may modify the terms of this Agreement by posting notice of such modification of the site entitled "Legal Notifications" (or similar title) before the modification takes effect.

Failure of Cpapchinstraps.com, LLC to take action in regard to a violation of this Agreement by you or others in no way waives our rights to take action with respect to subsequent or similar violations. In no way do we guarantee that we will take action against all violations of this Agreement.
