This is the harsh truth: nearly all HVAC failures take place because someone missed a step. Did not calculate the load properly. Used undersized equipment. Miscalculated the insulation needs. We've fixed countless of these messes. And every time, we record another learning. Like in 2017, when we began adding smart thermostats to all installation. Why?
